The redundancy payment services (RPS) telephone helpline has reopened.
The Redundancy Payments helpline is open 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 1pm on Friday.
The RPS helpline has reopened. We apologise for any inconvenience caused while service was unavoidably disrupted.
Payment processing continues as normal, so you will still receive regular updates about your claim.
