An exhibition of photos from renowned world photographers in Croatia, marking the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in London
Timed to coincide with the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict in London on 10-13 June, the British Embassy in Zagreb opened a photo exhibition entitled #TimeToAct at Kino Europa in Zagreb. The shocking photographs show survivors of rape in BiH and Rwanda, as well as the testimony of a victim of the war in Croatia, from the book Suncica. Ambassador David Slinn said that the testimony of these survivors provided a painful yet motivating reminder of why we should all work to end sexual violence in conflict and why the Summit in London must succeed.
