A delegation from the Turkish State Airports Authority and Turkish National Police have attended the Security and Policing 2013 Exhibition, held in Farnborough, UK.

The delegation, who were invited to attend by the UK Trade and Investment team in Turkey, had the chance to see UK security industry equipment exhibited by more than 350 companies. They also attended a reception hosted by UK Minister James Brokenshire, and met members of UK Aviation sector, the UK police and Home Office officials.

The exhibition, organised by the Home Office and ADS with the support of UKTI Defence & Security Organisation, is the UK’s top security event. The exhibition hosts the latest equipment for airports security, law enforcement and public security. This year, senior UK police and government security officials offered briefings at the show on a range of security-related issues.
