Turks & Caicos post-cabinet meeting statement: 12 November 2020
His Excellency the Governor, Nigel Dakin, chaired the 44th meeting of the Cabinet on Thursday 12 November by video conference.
All members were present.
At this meeting Cabinet:

were updated on the state of the nation and discussed measures to further address and mitigate against any escalation of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Members agreed to the following extensions to remain in place until 5am on Monday 30 November 2020 unless otherwise stated:
- curfew on all Islands from midnight to 5am,
- all businesses to suspend operations to the general public at 11pm,
- restaurants and bars not exceed 30 percent of occupancy based on square footage,
- religious place of worship not exceed 30 percent of occupancy based on square footage,
- funeral services and burial grounds limited to 40 persons, provided these be held outdoors,
- public gatherings and social activities limited to 25 persons, provided these be held outdoors,
- weddings limited to 40 persons and permitted both indoors and outdoors,
- intra-island travel limited to essential business only and the introduction of fines for persons in breach of this measure,
- beach gatherings to be limited to ten adults from outside the same household and
- the keeping of logbooks for church services, funerals and weddings to be extended to include all private and public gatherings.

were informed that TCI will be added to the UK’s Travel Corridor List on 14 November. Anyone travelling from TCI will be exempt from the requirement to self-isolate on arrival in the UK
