UK and Cuba towards a More Efficient Financial Environment
Experts from The London Bank and Finance Institute concluded the training modules given to officers of the Cuban Central Bank.
The programme which started in October 24 was focused on financial and market principles, profitability and efficient markets, risk management and regulation. The training is part of a UK-Cuba’s collaboration project aimed at supporting the updating of Cuba’s economic model. The British Embassy in Havana will continue to work with Cuban institutions to promote new events in the financial sector and keep long-term links in areas of common interest.
