UK condemns terrorist attack in Turkey

In response to the terrorist attack on 9 August on Turkish armed forces personnel in Western Turkey, an FCO spokesperson said:

“We condemn the attack on Turkish armed forces personnel. Our condolences go out to the families of the victims and we wish those injured a speedy recovery.

The British Government stands steadfast with Turkey in its fight against terrorism and condemns the perpetrators of this most recent atrocity.”
