The British High Commission, through UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), worked closely with Government Ministries, institutions and private sector companies in Barbados to develop programmes for the visiting companies. In Barbados, group meetings were held with the Ministry of Health, the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Authority and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Individual appointments were also arranged with private sector companies.

Members of the mission then moved on to a two-day programme in Trinidad & Tobago on 5-6 November.

The aim of this mission is to develop future collaboration in the health sector between the UK and the Government of Barbados, along with private sector partnerships.
