UK Trade & Investment Chile participated in the 3rd edition of ExpoHospital-Chile 2013 with fantastic results. Over 160 local and international companies presented their products and services and over 4,400 people visited the fair.

In our continuous effort to support the introduction of new UK brands into the health sector we represented five British companies: TPP SystemOne, Zilico, Orthoview, Medasil and natracare.

Over 120 people visited UKTI’s stand, and in the following weeks we will hold one-to-one meetings with the potential distributors that we met at ExpoHospital to have a better idea of what the Chilean market requires.

We also took the opportunity to do a soft-launch of British Raspberry Pi not-for-profit technology, together with local distributor Toth. UK Trade & Investment will be supporting the introduction of this technology, through private sector Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes, into disadvantaged local primary health centres and schools.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) helps UK-based companies succeed in the global economy. We also help overseas companies bring their high-quality investment to the UK’s dynamic economy.
