Update on the National Geological Screening Consultation

Our consultation on National Geological Screening Consultation is open until 4th December. We would like to encourage people to respond.

Our National Geological Screening public consultation is nearly two-thirds of the way through, but there is still plenty of time to take part before it closes on 4 December.

We have been holding a series of workshops across the country to help people formulate their consultation responses. For those who could not attend a workshop or want to refresh their memory of the event, you can watch a video of the event on YouTube: YouTube: National Geological Screening Exercise - public consultation 2015

The objective of the National Geological Screening exercise is to provide authoritative information that can be used in discussions with communities and may help us focus our engagement activities. It will be based on existing geological information.

Responses to the consultation can be made online via the website, by email to NGSconsultation@nda.gov.uk or by post to: NGS Consultation, RWM, Building 587, Curie Avenue, Harwell, Didcot OX11 0RH
