Central Legal Services in the MOD provides advice to an organisation that is a department of state, a military force and one of the country’s largest employers, with its own education, housing and health services operating world-wide.

The commercial law team is based at the MOD’s site at Abbey Wood, Bristol. It is looking for lawyers who have commercial law experience to join its team.

The team provides commercial advice to the MOD across the full range of commercial work, including procurement, competition law, major projects work, regulatory law, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) / private finance initiatives (PFI), Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE), international agreements and property transactions.
