You will be unable to apply for a visa online during this time.

The service may be unavailable for up to 48 hours, however the outage will be shorter for most locations.

If you need to apply for a visa online, please complete your application before Tuesday 19 November, and book an appointment if you are required to submit your biometrics. Biometric collection will not be affected by this outage.
