Volunteering Research Managed Service 2022-2024

DCMS confirm a new two-year volunteering research contract with a consortium led by Basis Social.

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is working with a consortium led by Basis Social, including London Economics and New Philanthropy Capital, on a new two-year volunteering research contract. It will run until March 2024 with the option to extend for one more year.

The contract involves a range of mixed method research projects. It aims to fill knowledge gaps and develop useful evidence that can support policymakers and practitioners in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
