Allowances and supplements for disablement pensioners
Unemployability supplement
The allowance for an adult dependant, spouse or civil partner may be affected if they earn more than £73.10 a week. This is in line with the earnings limit for Incapacity Benefit (long term), Job Seekers Allowance or State Pension. If they are not working at present but begin work or start to receive any benefit or income in their own right you must let us know immediately.
