Weekly roadworks Devon and Cornwall - 21 August 2015

The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 21 August 2015 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.

A30 - Between Whiddon Down and Tongue End, east of Okehampton

Westbound lane closure 7pm to 6am for white lining. 24-25 August

A30 - Meldon, east of Okehampton

Westbound lane closure 7pm-6am for white lining. 25-26 August

A30 - Okehampton Bypass

Eastbound lane closure 7pm-6am for white lining. 25-28 August

A30 between Temple and Higher Carblake, east of Bodmin: junction improvement scheme

There are 24-hour lane closures eastbound and westbound, with a temporary 40mph limit and temporary traffic lights between 8pm and 6am up until 31 March 2017.

A38 - Harcombe, south of Exeter

Westbound lane closure 7pm -6am for surveys. 24-28 August

A38 Drumbridges, Heathfield, south of Exeter: junction improvement scheme

There are various lane closures on sliproads and the roundabout until 4 September including:

  • Westbound exit slip closed 7pm to 6am. Diversion via Linhay junction, Ashburton. 24-25 August

  • Westbound entry slip closed 7pm to 6am. No access to the roundabout from A382 east of Drumbridges. Locally signed diversions. 24-25 August

  • Eastbound exit slip closed 7pm to 6am for. Diversion via Clay Lane jct. 25-26 August

  • Eastbound entry slip closed 7pm to 6am. No access to the roundabout from A382 west of Drumbridges. Locally signed diversions. 26-27 August

A38 Kennford, south of Exeter: junction improvement scheme

Work in the coming weeks includes westbound lane closures between 7pm and 6am and eastbound lane closures from 8pm to 6am until 21 August.

A38 - Tideford, west of Plymouth

Traffic signals 7.30pm-5am for bridge works 17 August- 12 September.

A38 - M5 Junction 31, Exeter

Eastbound lane closures 8pm-6am for carriageway surveys. 26-28 August.
