British Embassy Chisinau announces call for applications for the 2015 Winter School for Young Leaders

The British Embassy in Chisinau organizes the 4th edition of the Winter School for Young Leaders “VZLYOT”. The event will take place during January 18-23, 2015.
The School is a platform for active young people designed to develop their leadership skills, such as strategic thinking, problem identification and solving, teamwork, public speaking, debating skills, decision making and influencing. It is also a GREAT opportunity for young people from communities on both sides of the Nistru River to build bridges across the communication gap, meet and learn about each other and each other’s communities, as well as to develop and implement joint projects for the benefit of the represented communities.
This year, the Winter School will focus on the British model of Parliamentary debates, conflict studies and political sciences. Also, the students will have an opportunity to meet leading experts in respective fields.
