How to complain about the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments' service.
If you’re not satisfied with the way your application has been dealt with by ACOBA or its secretariat and wish to make a formal complaint, please make it in writing.

Your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the Cabinet Office complaints procedure.
We give applicants the opportunity to review our provisional advice on appointments and – if necessary – explain why they don’t agree with it.
However we do not accept complaints about the final decision of the Prime Minister (or other relevant decision-maker) on an appointment.
