Personal information charter
Sets out how our obligations relating to the management of personal data will be addressed by the civil servants that support the ASC in the Home Office Science Secretariat (HOSS).
This is provided in accordance with data protection legislation which incorporates the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and has been created following the guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office and in consideration of guidance for Arms Length Bodies published by the Home Office.
