If the information you want isn’t usually published, you can make a request for it under the Freedom of Information Act. However, we can’t publish information which could affect government policy, the economy, international relations, law enforcement or commercial interests.

Information is available on GOV.UK as well as in hard copy. Hard copies are free-of-charge unless they’re for commercial use or you need multiple copies. We’ll let you know if there are any charges, which are payable in advance, when you make your request.

Some historical decisions of the CAC and its predecessor bodies (Industrial Court and Industrial Arbitration Board) are only available for viewing in person. We are happy to arrange this. Please e-mail us at enquiries@cac.gov.uk or telephone us on the number below.
