Workplace Services
We design effective, long-lasting facilities management (FM) solutions that place customer comfort, community and safety at the core. This includes soft and hard FM, from cleaning, reception and security to building maintenance, grounds maintenance and waste management. We also provide compliance and condition services such as asbestos management, fire safety and statutory compliance, as well as services to support new projects, including site finding, disposals and project delivery.
Property Services
We support space and site finding, property acquisitions and disposals. Our expert renovation teams lead on design and fit-out to ensure spaces are adapted to meet your needs. We also lead relocations to achieve swift completion whilst minimising disruptions in order to ensure an effective transition.

Property Technology Services
The approach we take to all services we provide is data-driven from the ground up. We capture, analyse and report on our buildings’ data to support critical decision-making on building management, workplace optimisation, portfolio planning and departmental budgeting. Our teams provide secure physical elements, including security passes through GovPass, printers and scanning services through GovPrint and enhanced audio-visual systems, as well as digital solutions, such as shared networks, resource booking and occupancy monitoring. From the largest datasets to the smallest tech fixes, we support on every level.
