You can also get help with signing in and using HMRC online services, for example if you’ve lost your user ID, password or activation code.
You’ll usually have the option to contact HMRC through an online form, webchat, by phone or by post.
You can get extra support if your health condition or personal circumstances make it difficult when you contact HMRC.

Make a complaint
Contact the relevant HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) helpline if you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received. HMRC has guidance about how they’ll deal with your complaint and what happens next.
