HMT Statement of Excesses

The Statements of Excesses for Main Supply Estimates.

The Statement of Excesses (SoE) is published alongside the Supplementary Estimates and seeks authority for any spending by departments in the previous financial year that was outside of the plans contained in Estimates and authorised by Parliament.
