Independent Review of Police Officer and Staff Remuneration and Conditions
The review was set up by the Home Secretary to ensure that the current police pay and conditions and the structures around them are the best they could be given the challenges facing the police service, which will see forces being required to achieve more with less, while also being fair to officers and staff.
