Costs

LLW Repository Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NDA.

NDA is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and publishes a tax strategy for the NDA Group in accordance with schedule 19 of the Finance Act 2016.

As a result, LLW Repository Ltd does not publish a tax strategy.

Information on expenditure, including income statements and financial reports can be found at Companies House.

LLW Repository Ltd uses CCTV for the purpose of crime prevention/detection, employee safety and the protection of property on and immediately around all of its sites.

CCTV surveillance is controlled by: Nuclear Decommissioning Authority/LLW Repository Ltd.

LLW Repository Ltd has no interest in any other companies.

Fees

The LLWR does not charge for the provision of information listed in the scheme. LLWR retains the right to charge for the written requests in line with the SI2004/3244 The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
