Gerry Murphy is the Chief Operating Officer of the ODA. Mike Cornelius is the Director of Village and Commercial of the ODA.

Sub-Committees

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is a sub-committee of the Board that meets at least four times a year. The Committee has three main functions:

  • to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal control
  • to ensure that financial statements comply with statutory and administrative requirements; and
  • to ensure the ODA meets the highest standards of propriety and accountability for the use of public funds.

The Committee members are: Sir Roy McNulty (Chairman), Lorraine Baldry, Neale Coleman, Christopher Garnett and David Fison.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is a sub-committee of the Board that meets at least four times a year to determine performance related pay and pension arrangements for the ODA’s staff.

The Committee members are: Sir Roy McNulty (Chairman), Sir John Armitt, Lorraine Baldry and Christopher Garnett.

Village Committee

The Village Committee is a sub-committee of the Board that meets monthly (except in months in which Board meetings are being held) to review progress on the transformation of the Olympic and Paralympic Village, now East Village, and associated commercial issues.

The Committee members are: Sir John Armitt (Chairman), David Fison and David Taylor.
