Publication scheme
How to find information about the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA)
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires every public authority to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme commits an authority to proactively publish or otherwise make available, as a matter of routine, certain information (including environmental information) which is held by the authority and falls within classifications set out by the Information Commissioner. The aim of the Publication Scheme is to provide the public with a single point of reference for information which the ODA has made available to the public.
From 1 July 2014 information previously held by the ODA will be held by the Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) for purposes of the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations. You may still view the ODA’s Publication Scheme for information previously published by the ODA, by using the links provided below. If the information you require is not contained in the Publication Scheme you may send a request for information to DCMS by e-mail at foi@culture.gsi.gov.uk.
