Executive Committee
Principal decisions in UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) are taken by the UKTI Executive Committee. The committee meets on a monthly basis and its membership consists of UKTI’s Executive Team and an overseas representative from UKTI’s network.

Trade and Investment Board
The Trade and Investment Board meets quarterly and includes executive and non-executive board members and representative members and is chaired by the Minister for Trade and Investment. The board operates in an advisory capacity to support UKTI’s CEO as the Accounting Officer for UKTI and to support a shared strategy between UKTI and UK Export Finance (UKEF).
