Anne Willcocks
Biography
Anne Willcocks joined the Insolvency Service as Head of Policy Directorate in 2009 and is now External Affairs Director.
Anne has been involved in policy initiatives, such as debtor petition reform. She has also worked to improve the regulation of insolvency practitioners. Alongside her insolvency work, between 2012 and 2013, she led the team responsible for taking the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill through Parliament.
