Barbara Donoghue (appointed in 2005) is a banker with experience in raising capital, both debt and equity, in domestic and international markets. She is a director of Manzanita Capital and a Trustee of Refuge. Previously, she was a non-executive director of Eniro AB, a Teaching Fellow in Strategic and International Management at the London Business School, a member of the Independent Television Commission and a member of the Broadcasting Policy Group. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration, both from McGill University, Canada.
