Bill Yardley

Biography

Bill is an independent consultant and non-executive board director. He serves as chair of a residential development company and is a non-executive director at the Houses of Parliament. He has previously worked at board level in the public and private sectors in infrastructure, housing, education and the NHS and has been a Public Member of Network Rail and a chair Charity Trustees.

Bill has over 30 years experience in senior operational and commercial roles and has spent time as a Crown Representative in the Cabinet Office and as a Member of the Government Construction Board. He is also an Infrastructure and Projects Authority Assurance Review Team Leader of high risk programmes and projects across government.
