Bob Spedding

Biography

Bob Spedding joined the Board and became Audit Committee chair in April 2013. Before this he spent 25 years as a partner at KPMG, a company which provides audit and tax advice services. Bob retired in 2011 but he still holds a number of non-executive roles as follows:

• The Competition and Markets Authority Panel Member and Audit Committee Independent Member
• Council Member and Chair of Audit Committee of The Open University
