Biography
Carolyn became the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at the Valuation Office Agency in February 2020.
She previously worked in operational, policy, strategy, communications and private office roles in a number of government departments, including the Cabinet Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Home Office, where she spent 12 years before joining the VOA. She started her career in local journalism.
Carolyn has a degree from the University of Cambridge and is a graduate of the Major Projects Leadership Academy at the University of Oxford Said Business School. She is an elected Board Member of the Association of Chief Executives.
