Biography
Charlotte Morgan is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer and is the Audit Committee Chair for UK Export Finance.
She is a member of the Court of Governors and chairs the Audit & Risk Committee at Westminster University.
She has served as non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair of SMBC Bank International plc, and of Union Bank of India (UK) ; as a non-executive director of FCE Bank plc (Ford Credit) and as Vice President of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
During her executive career, she was Head of Corporate Treasury and Tax at Standard Chartered plc, amongst other senior finance roles.
She was a trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee at the London Sinfonietta Orchestra and is Chair of Second Movement Opera.
