Biography
Chris was appointed as Commerical Director for the East West Railway Company on 22 November 2017.
Chris started his career as a government economist, before spending over 20 years at KPMG, ultimately as partner and Head of UK Public Sector. Whilst at KPMG, Chris worked in public service reform, economic development and regeneration as well as capital project financings.
Chris served as a special advisor to the Energy Secretary in the coalition government.
Until the company is fully established all appointments are on an interim basis.
