Biography
Colin joined Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd as Deputy Company Secretary in January 2022 and appointed Company Secretary on 1 November 2023.
With over 40 years of experience working in the field of Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and Company Law having worked in the Nuclear, Financial and Health sectors. Colin started work in 1983 for British Nuclear Fuels plc in the Group Legal Department for 26 years until BNFL’s closure in 2009. Since 2009 Colin has held a number of roles working for: Aviva Life as Head of Legal: Company Secretarial and Operations; 4 NHS Foundation Trusts as Company Secretary; Assurant UK and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
