Biography
Dan joined the Insolvency Service as People and Capability Director (now People and Communications) in November 2018
He has held a variety of senior roles and in a number of major organisations - including BAE SYSTEMS, Rolls Royce and the BBC. He has an array of experience in change, Learning and Development, talent, culture change, employee relations and is an accredited coach. Dan was previously a HR Director within HMRC responsible for a variety of areas, including Benefits and Credits, transformation, Chief People Officer and Strategy.
