Dave Morgan
Biography
Dave Morgan was the Deputy Governor of the Falkland Islands from April 2021 to April 2025. He had previously worked in Saudi Arabia for the Ministry of Defence as a programme and stakeholder manager.
Dave has worked for the UK Government for 25 years, across different departments, and has held roles in a number of disciplines including policy development and delivery; international trade; and project management.
