Dave Morgan
Biography
Dave Morgan is the Deputy Governor of the Falkland Islands. He arrived in the Falklands in April 2021, having previously worked in Saudi Arabia for the Ministry of Defence as a programme and stakeholder manager.
Dave has worked for the UK Government for 25 years, across different departments, and has held roles in a number of disciplines including policy development and delivery; international trade; and project management.
Deputy Governor of the Falkland Islands
The Deputy Governor is a senior diplomat and a key advisor to the Governor. The Deputy is responsible for the daily management of the Governor’s Office. In the absence of the Governor, they represent the UK’s interests as Acting Governor.
