Mr David Reid
Biography
Before joining the Civil Service in 2006, David worked in the Northern Ireland Audit Office where he qualified as an accountant 2003. David joined the Northern Ireland Civil Service in 2006 and worked in various roles in finance and governance across a number of Departments. He was appointed Finance Director to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs in 2017 where has responsibility for finance, estates, governance, business planning and EU funding.

The UK Co-ordinating Body Management Board includes a representative of each of the 4 departments that own UKCB:
- the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
- the Welsh government
- the Scottish government
- the Northern Ireland Executive
The chairmanship of the board rotates between the 4 representatives.
