Deborah McKenzie joined PHE on 1 April 2013.

Career highlights:

• programme director developing and implementing a number of leadership programmes for the Department of Health
• associate partner with Accenture, leading a number of large-scale change programmes
• roles in consumer goods industry, including market research manager, space planning manager, national sales account manager and trade marketing manager
