Elise Clarke
Biography
Elise started her career as a Human Performance Consultant at Accenture providing support to a range of Comms & High Tech clients, before joining the Home Office in 2003. She worked in a number of policy areas, with a focus on Criminal Justice and Community Cohesion.
Elise then joined BT Plc from the Home Office in 2007, and worked in a range of strategy roles, before moving into HR Director roles within Openreach and BT Group focusing on performance and talent. She was BT’s Global Director of D&I, before returning to the Civil Service in 2017 - initially with a focus on senior talent and succession planning, but then as the Civil Service Director for Diversity & Inclusion.
Elise is currently the Executive Director for Senior Talent and Resourcing in a joint role with Janette Durbin.
