Biography

Emily was appointed Strategy Director in September 2020, having built central strategy functions within the migration portfolio.

Emily has worked in a diverse range of operational, policy, strategy, and private secretary roles in migration, asylum, policing and national security.

Emily has previously worked as:

• Principal Private Secretary to the Home Secretary
• Strategy Director for the Home Office Borders, Immigration and Citizenship System
