Emma Stephens

Biography

Emma was the Interim Deputy Head of Mission at the British Embassy in La Paz from February to October 2024. Prior to this, she worked on the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO’s) humanitarian and development portfolios in South Sudan and most recently in Ukraine.
