Biography
Helen started her career with Sellafield Ltd, joining the graduate trainee scheme in 2004. She worked in a range of low level waste projects and technical management roles before joining LLW Repository Ltd in May 2012.
Helen worked in the National Waste Programme Office as Implementation Manager, supporting transformation and cultural change across the UK nuclear industry, until January 2019 when she took the role of Head of National Waste Programme.
She assumed the role of Head of Transformation and Business Change in September 2021. Helen is a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry; and is the current chair of the NDA Group Gender Balance Network.
