Helen Milne was the Chief Financial Officer for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) from August 2020 to August 2022.

She had been Director of Finance and Corporate Services at DVSA since October 2016.

Before joining DVSA, Helen was corporate finance director at PwC, focused on the interface between public and private sectors
