Helena Harding

Biography

Helena has responsibility for centralised support services including finance, procurement, human resources, corporate communications, information governance and knowledge management. She has experience as chair of RWM Programme Board, is a professionally qualified banker and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Helena has a degree in French and Linguistics.
