Holly Clark
Biography
Holly was appointed Director in May 2023 and took up the role of Chief Operating Officer in May 2024. She has previously held various roles within the Northern Ireland Office, including Acting Director - Safety, Deputy Director for Constitution and Rights policy and as Principal Private Secretary to the Secretary of State. Before joining the NIO, Holly spent 10 years in the Home Office working on a range of national security issues.
