Huw Bryer
Biography
Huw Bryer is a Deputy Director in the Wales Office. He is responsible for Constitutional Policy and Legislation, Domestic Affairs and Regional Growth including Wales’ four City and Growth Deals.
Huw was previously the Deputy Director for Constitutional Policy and Delivery in Wales in the Union and Devolution Directorate at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Prior to that he was the Head of Business Wales in the Welsh Government.
Earlier in his career, Huw spent periods working in the private and charitable sectors and as a policy advisor for the Welsh Local Government Association.
