Iain Gray

Biography

Iain Gray joined Innovate UK in 2007. Iain is also a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and in 2007 was awarded the Royal Aeronautical Society Gold Medal. In 2011 he was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.

Iain is a Board Member of the Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Training Authority (SEMTA), a Governor of the University of the West of England and on the Council of London City University. More recently Iain received a CBE in the New Year’s Honours, 2014.
