Jennifer Rademaker
Biography
Jennifer joined the Ministry of Justice as a Non Executive Board Member on 21 August 2023.
She brings over 30 years of global experience in payments and financial services. She has a strong track record in leading transformative technology initiatives, driving rapid scale of products and services, and de-risking deployment of new technology and technology migrations. Jennifer has been with Mastercard since 2007, serving currently as the Chief Future of Work Officer where she drives transformation across people, real estate and technology. She previously led Global Customer Delivery, responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of Mastercard’s products.
Her career includes a consistent focus on culture, engagement and inclusivity and she leads several scale diversity initiatives at Mastercard. Jennifer is the chair of the board of trustees at Fine Cell Work and a NED at Fair4All Finance, ICM Mobility, and Snapper Services. She holds a BSc in Statistics from Lehigh University and a MSc in Statistics from Iowa State University.
