Lord John Alderdice
Biography
Lord John Alderdice was appointed as a member of the Committee on Standards in Public Life on 1 September 2010 and was reappointed on 1 September 2013. His term will end on 31 August 2016.
He has been a Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords since 1996. Lord Alderdice is also a fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Chairman and Director of the Centre for Democracy and Peace Building.
His previous roles include:
