Biography
John’s move into the nuclear industry came 17 years ago, after graduating with a degree in Chemistry and spending the opening five years of his career as an analytical chemist.
Following his career switch he first moved into training, followed by HR, before working for NNL, where he spent five years in a management of training capacity.
He joined LLWR as HR and Training Manager in 2006 for the separation of the Site Licence Company from Sellafield followed by transition to the first Parent Body Organisation (PBO) model in the NDA estate.
John became Head of HR and Training in 2011 and was promoted to the organisation’s Lead Team.
